This is one of the funniest moments I always remembered ever since I saw it only once back in my childhood. Something about the way how when the kid simply pointed and went "Ha-ha!," the tall guy just *immediately* pulls the car over and stops. It was so sudden it was like he was on edge and that was the last straw, and all his frustration was going to come out on this kid lol.

They based him off Ian Maxtone-Graham, who a lot of Simpsons fans blame for ruining the show (he also wrote for Saturday Night Live when that show hit a slump in the mid-1990s. I believe he also appeared (briefly) in the episode where the Simpsons went to New York. He was on the train (or bus, can't remember which) they took to get to the city so Homer could get his car back. But of course, that episode has been censored completely out of existence, because it had the Twin Towers in it, having been made before the 9/11 attacks. And for some reason, the people behind the Simpsons think we are incapable of being reminded that the Twin Towers actually existed. As such, they are willfully ignoring a pretty funny episode, as well as shelving one of the Tall Guy's only appearances.
