Is there a sims 2 build mode cheat? I'm making my own town and don't want to start over. Placing the Grand Hotel in a corner where 2 roads meet, the sand and water bleed across the road. When I moved the lot, some of the sand and water stayed, and I couldn't get rid of it or place anything else there

I have to fix a game that paid for? I've never played the Sims 1 or two, and now I definitely don't want to play it. It's EA Games' job to make sure that their product works. I'm not going to purchase a television set that I need to know how to get it to work. I should be able to plug it in and it works. So, why would I purchase a game from EA Games and have to manipulate my computer's settings to get it to work? Not for me.

It isn't fixing rather than changing the launch default, but you are allowed to feel that way.

@ChaniZA I can understand manipulating settings within the game so I see it better, or control it better. But, messing with the settings so I can get it to turn on? That's not right. I don't purchase any game or product, especially entertainment, where I need to drive myself insane to get it to work. If I can't install the game and just enjoy it? It's not for me. It's kind of like me going to a dealership, purchasing an automobile, but I have to install the tires in order to leave. I'm not purchasing that vehicle, or giving them a great review, or returning to them. But, as you said I can believe whatever I want to, just like everyone else. But, I have a valid reason for purchasing or trusting EA Games and Maxis ever again. If you don't mind being burned? Go right ahead. But, not me. Major LOL!

cntrl shift c does not work on mine

There might be another program on your PC trying to use any of these keys or this combination. Personally I’ve had a screenshot program with the same key combination cause trouble in the past.
