The hunting mod is hilariously disturbing. But for sure, when I play in a custom world of wild nature with the absence of a normal sim civilization, this mod will come in handy

Yeah it’s a goofy mod for sure, don’t see myself using it in normal worlds. But for survival challenges it would be perfect.

I'm so happy to see people still creating new mods and content for the Sims 3! It's my favorite game in the series, although I love 2 as well. I'm not a fan of hunting in real life, but I see this mod being useful for poor sims or a sim living off the land or stranded on an island in Isla Paradiso or something. The cooking/baking mod looks fun, I just wish the finished dish had more, instead of 3 or 4 slices of carrot cake, it was a whole cake. Instead of 4 cupcakes, you get 12, etc., then there's more to sell or feed all your sims.

Yes the hunting mod is very niche and silly, but it has been a game changer for medieval and survival challenges! Also I agree, it is a shame the deserts all present as smaller servings rather than large dishes.

Great picks! I already have the knitting and children music mods and can confirm they're great! I had previously downloaded the sewing table mod and it wouldn't work - but I see now that Lyralei has put up a new download as of August 2023 so I am going re-download it and hopefully all of the issues I was experiencing have been resolved! Re the yoga mat, the animations look so much better than the one I have by Kitabalibar so I might be replacing! So excited - I will be downloading all those that I don't already have.

The animations were actually from sims 4 yoga I have learned which is why they are so well done! I am glad you enjoyed the video! Have fun with the new mods

Most hobbies and animations seem to be a straight port from Sims 4, sewing from Sims 2, but I’m happy to see interesting parts of Sims 4 and 2 to make Sims 3 even better game :)

I don’t think I’d do videos for a let’s play, but I do plan on live streaming me playing a sims 3 save once the town is set up, which will be kind of like a let’s play with really long parts lol

There are a few mods that I have come across with the flower arrangement mod that contradict each other and won't let it function like it should, just a heads up to those that want to try the mod and can't seem to get it to work. I had to take a few of mine out and test it until I figured out what was going on.

Wow! This was really good. I had actually hesed of all these except for the hunting one! Its perfect for a love off the land challenge. And was good to see the yoga one. I was interested in it but last time I checked the animations were a bit sloppy, these ones look seamless! Thanks for the video!

Nope! I was wrong lol. They have a spa and I just assumed it would have included some kind of yoga as well but it does not. So this mod is the only way to have yoga in the game.

Do you know any pregnancy mod except the bird and the bees and pregnancy progress? I really want to more realistic pregnancy but unfortunately I did not find.. I guess there is no mod like this

Hm I am not sure. I am planning to do an enhanced babies video that will include pregnancy, so I will do research into it to see if I can find anything.

If you have the Duke of Bow archery object, Ani has a mod where you can hunt the deer and birds using a bow and arrow.
