Sims 3 looks better then the Sims 4 IMO and I never had problems with the Sims 3 graphics in the first place, it's the performance that needs a boost.

Somehow my game doesn't launch anymore. Launcher works fine, but then I get only a black screen that closes after a second. Anybody knows, what could've gone wrong? Also my Mods folder was deleted along the process for some reason

i love the traits! i was a sims 4 player for years and i recently started playing sims 3 again and the traits add so much more than the sims 4 does. i had a insane sim and she would go asleep in her formal wear! i thought it was a glitch from my mods but no, it was cause she was crazy. i found that as such a cool thing

I wanna do this so bad. But for me... I just got my game back after fully resetting my whole PC. I've been off this game for about a month and I want what you just show. In my play-through, I'm doing an adventure pack where I find 24 sims to join me in my household and just live. I have over 77 mods to help me out, (I'll delete some of them later LOL) Now seeing that I can make my game much better I wanna do this. But I'm nervous I might mess up. I could use a helping hand if you don't mind.

The Sims 4 is not as pretty as people claim. The colors are washed out, the textures are poor. TS3 looks much richer, with more vibrant colors, and better textures. With little tweaks it can look much better than TS4.

heyy can you please help me, i got the lighting mod, put in my package folder, but it doesn't show up in game. i have the smooth patch mod installed and it did show up on my game, just not the lighting mod

my computer motherboard died and so the sims 3 with all mods :( After replacing it, installed sims 4 instead but it looks terrible! even with 20 mods. Seems like I need to mod every single sim i see and add them skin overlay so they can look normal... am thinking of just reinstalling clean sims 3. it doesn't even need mods to look pretty and sims are much higher quality I had new york ''BOUROUGHSBURG'' world mod, game looked like sims 5! You should try that but it is pain to install correctly

Cool video! Reshade can blend with your game pretty well if you do the extra steps. I managed to add ambient occlusion with Reshade and it looks better than the Sims 4! For UI I use layers that disable effects where the interface is located. I also use UI detector which automatically disables effects when you are not in the main game.

I prefer back then because nowadays everything looks lifeless

I have a pretty major problem even with Go Here. Sims can’t do laundry because they want to clean laundry behind locked doors. This leads to laundry just piling up across the entire apartment unless I tediously go family to family picking up laundry one by one.

0:08 I’m all up for modding games to make the graphics nicer but we gotta stop this attitude of assuming games are no longer good because they were made 15 years ago, the quality isn’t up to todays standards but it isn’t going to be, it’s still a great game that added so much new ideas to the franchise

This is so helpful! I'm playing rotationally (using pleasant Sims' rotational guide) in redwood harbor, a mysimsrealty custom world, and there's an apartment complex there but I didn't place any of the sims in it because I wanted different households in the apartment. Now, I can do that.

I downloaded almost everything (i only didnt include the multi level lighting fix cause i dont mind EAs) but still its very pretty all the mods you mentioned My game is runing good, i have a pretty solid laptop with alot of RAM and a mid level graphics card so all of this can work very nice in a mid range computer Thank you thank you!
