I think the sims 3 is better than the sims 4 because you can travel manually, not just with loading screens. And in town mode it seems smaller because it divided in smaller parts, in the sims 3 it is nice and open and you can easily spot where your at.

MERMAIDS are the only reason why i bought this expansion pack and you never intorduced them in the video! the supernatural one is more detailed, and shows all the new sim types and you were to lazy to show how mermaids worked besides the one in the background, this makes this video a huge dissapointment to the sim mermaid fans!

Need help with that? (Yes, I copy and pasted this shit). Delete the Scott Family Use the cheat DiscoverAllUnchartedIslands to make all islands visible. I'm aware that this takes away from the fun but it seems to help some. Make sure you have no stuck sims in your town (use the cheat resetsim * to reset all sims in your town and put them to a safe location) Use Overwatch and ErrorTrap (those are mods and you'll be using at your own risk. Not supported by EA. Just google to find) Check for any aboandonned boats in your game and delete them by using testingcheatsenabled true and then shift-click on the boat and choose object-delete. I have this problem too. I am able to run the game at full capacity in all the other worlds, but there doesn't seem to be anything After lots of research I have found that there are lots of people with this same issue and no fix for it. There is no acknowledgment from EA on the issue either, just the usual "you computer must not meet requirements"

Your very welcome! :) As for the seasons stuff pack, it'll work the same as it does in all of the other worlds. You do have an option of turning off certain seasons and have it just be summer if you want because this is an island after all but that's up to you! You could have anything from summer to winter in island paradise if you want! Enjoy! :)

Romi Feyants I'd start with NRAAS Overwatch, if you're not averse to using mods. That helps with lag, in every town. There's also a .world file with fixes applied at modthesims- modthesims.info/d/514909. Read all the instructions and such and it should help, too.

I've found and installed Sims 3 seasons and island paradise and they both lag:( and I've also installed riverview prior to installing these ep's, but when I started playing seasons, it said I only have sunset valley and that I don't have riverview installed (that I need to purchase it from the store). For Island Paradise you dont need the seasons game... and you should get the Sims 3 pets, Ambitions and/or Generations. In Ambitions you get to be a firefighter and I think In Genertations you get to be a baby sitter thing

The developers failed horribly with this game for two reasons: First, this island would probably have been better as a vacation destination and not as a livable neighborhood. Second, the map is very laggy because it asks too much from your graphics card making it frustrating too play. Too bad since I was really exited when it came out since it reminded me of the Bon Voyage expansion in the sims 2.

My gtx gt 1080 doesn't even break a sweat playing anything on Sims 3 A nice smooth experience at 2k and highest settings. It can play 4k too. My monitor is 2k

I see way too many people complaining about Sims 3 lagging so bad.. Tbh I think it depends on your computer because mine would run smoothly... The loading screen would take a lot though.. But it was acceptable since it was loading an entire world! Sims 4 loading screen is not even that fast once you have installed all of the EPs.

The game is badly optimized. The only mods I have are Overwatch and Error trap to fix how broken the game is, and I have a gaming laptop that can run literally anything. Everyone is complaining because no one can play.
