Make sure to turn on vsync with the help of GPU's control panel. The reason the game is so unstable is due to framerates jumping like crazy they can even achieve 200 even 500+ FPS thus making the game extra laggy and increasing the chance of your GPU breaking. Also don't forget to install mods like overwatch, story progression, ErrorTrap and fixed worlds by EllaCharmed

Idk what all the issues are I've had 3 on two different computers, one was crappy and old and its ran fine on both. CAS remains a slow pain in the ass but gameplay has always been smooth for me

I had to take breaks & go back home, sometimes doing classes online, or sometimes getting permission from the uni to temp withdrawal (like a semester or 2 long). But i always always committed to finishing even though i did have a few breaks between semesters. So I'd say if you can 100% commit to going back after a break sometimes a break can reinvigorate you. But caution, bc i know many who ended up on a permanent uni break. So make sure you know yourself before making that type of decision. In the meantime maybe join a club, find a new study venue & study buddies, create small goals, study abroad if able, throw in a fun course, get to know areas of your campus that are unfamiliar, visit your uni therapist (usually free), or try forming relationships w your professors (really can be helpful if you're on the struggle bus) to help get you through. Sometimes those things can help your uni journey when you're feeling like you're in a rut, overwhelmed, jaded, or unequipped. Sry, know you didn't ask for all that but i hope it helps 😊👍

I don't know if this feature was a fever dream or not, but two "juiced" sims (can be at any stage if juiceness) have a special interaction called "juice kiss/make out" and "juiced woohoo" the other sim cannot resist this social interaction.
