The SIMS 4 / one-bedroom house with a bright home office and roof terrace / speed build / CC links

Hi guys ! Welcome to my new the Sims 4 speed build ! Today I am making a bright, one-bedroom, two-story house for a couple without children. On the first floor there is a living room, kitchen, dining room and toilet. On the second floor there is a bright home office (with a separate entrance) for an interior designer, a bathroom and a bedroom. From the balcony you can go up by spiral stairs to the terrace roof. Outside the house there is a small swimming pool and a place for parking the car. I hope you like it. If so, don't forget to press "Like". Don't kitchen have to have at least one empty counter space to even be functional? Where are they prepping food when the entire place is cluttered?

Thanks for the comment, but actually playability is not the main goal for me :) My point is to make the interiors looking realistic, just for fun :) Of course it's possible to use my buildings in the game and I'd be happy if you would do that, but then you'd have to change a few things to make them functional (in this case eg. kitchen countertops or spiral stairs, which are only decoration, etc.).
