I recently found your channel trying to find a house to build in the Sims4(recently bought it due to quarantine and trying to be stress free during ALL ONLINE CLASSES, UGH), and I've been digging the London Modern House so much because it kind of looks like the Cullen's/Hoke's house which I love. keep it up! Also like the Small Modern Family House. I'm a "lots of sunlight/windows" type of person, but not everywhere windows; no. Depends on the room and floor. Just trying to draw out a blueprint of these (3) houses so far on some special grid paper from the Home Depot, for my sake and fun. :) Prayers to your mum as well! and yes we in the US need volunteer hours as well in HS.

Well, I don't know, who really wants to download this kind of totally empty shell, anyway. What do people usually do with empty houses like this one, I just asking. I mean, you still have so much to do with this kind of houses before you even can think about moving in to 'em, you can't straightly do that.

@@youtuber-official it’s empty because people who download it can decorate it any way that they want without them having to waste time removing what the creator put in the house

@@jerlighfinley9715, yeah, sure... still it doesn't make any sense to leave it fully empty. Besides, he could have made a two different versions of it, empty and fully furnished ones (it isn't very difficult to firstly build a house and save it as an empty shell, and then fully furnish and decorate it and save it as a furnished one). Then there would have been something for everyone. And I'm sure, that everyone knows there's big amount of people, who doesn't want to waste extra time starting to furnish a buildings before they're finally be able to move their families into 'em (for example, I belong to this category of people, who preferably download buildings with furnies).

@@youtuber-official maybe they didn’t want to furnish the house and leave it empty because some people may not have the same packs (expansion/stuff/game) as the creator....and yet the house may still be made from packs that not all players have they can be substituted meanwhile furniture may be removed from the house

There are more websites where you can download cc ( for example: ebonix.com= is for hair cc) and just like that you can search & donwload cc😊.
