Hello everyone! This is my largest residential build to-date and I actually started this last May 2021. I'm so happy I was able to pick it back up and finish it 😍 this had already been play-tested and yes, no CC but as always, I used the TOOL mod. The name of this build in the Gallery is Luxury Modern Family Home (because I couldn't fit the word 'Mansion' anymore lol). Please let me know what you think! Thank you for watching

What makes you my favorite sims builder is that you show sims interacting in the house and it shows that not only is the build beautiful artistically, but it is also functional. I love playing in the houses nd restaurants you've built. Also can I say tou balance perfectly between too Empty and too cluttered. Like the home looks cool and modern but not soul-less and also not too messy!! Also also the maids quarters 😍... that built in fire place!??!🤯... Just the amount of time and care you clearly put into these! No more. I will save the rest of my compliments for later 😌

Idk why but when I placed the lot the pillows on the couches seem to transform into chairs instead… 🙁 But I LOVE the build! 10/10

Wow, this boggles my mind. I love the build and the video. My favorite parts were the stop motion section with the walls snaking in together at the beginning, and the part where the pillows rotate down onto the couch in the sitting room. I also liked how you used shrunk-down, hidden objects as functional placeholders to make a shelf object act like a desk or to open a window-sized hole in a wall for built-in bookshelves. Thanks for the entertainment and inspiration!

how do i use furniture from paid packs? i play base game only so when i tried to install this house half of the furniture disappeared😭

I'm sorry, unfortunately this is one of the builds I made that makes use of multiple packs you need to purchase first before using. Otherwise the objects wont show up To make things easier for you, you can filter out the packs you own on the Gallery at the left panel when you search for homes. I have a few base game homes, and my most recent one makes use of only one kit

Such a sleek build. I love how you made the coffee table, dining room table, and kitchen seating area. There are so many nice areas and unique ways to use lighting. Love it and I usually don't go in for modern builds. Great job and on such a large lot!

My eyes were glued to the screen so I would not miss anything. If I blink once, I feel like I've already missed at least 2 incredible tricks or the creation of one gorgeous piece of custom furniture. I love watching you build. It feels like a matter of course, like rooms just come into existence the way they were always meant to be, even before you invested time and effort and a huge amount of genius into them ... Your sense of style remains - and will always be - impeccable. I love the little meditation garden. The unique pathway to the fire pit. The large windows, especially the one in the kitchen, and the way you framed the workspace in there. All of your shelves and wardrobes, so incredibly stylish! The custom dining table. The bathrooms! I would immediately move into just a bathroom and live there. The way you combined wallpapers and wall decorations. Your marvellous custom lamps, especially the statement piece above the dining table! I could go on with this list forever. Not to mention the flow of your videos! Your are a master in that regard, too! You're fast advancing through the ranks of my favourite builders, especially now that the Sim Stream, Simproved and Fantasims hardly - if ever - upload any more ... I think it is good that you took your time and let the unfinished build sit for a while before coming back to it. It opens your eyes to new possibilities and gives you time to refill your creative juices! 🧃
