In this series I covert existing Sims homes into Modern Masterpieces.
Episode 1 is 66 Gunther Goth Highway, also know as The Appleview Farm.
Rules for the build:
1.) I cant adjust any of the outer walls.
2.) I cant add any walls that will create liveable space
3.) I can only do VERY minimal wall work to the pre-existing layout.
