I love watching Dr Tony Evans. He has a way of preaching God's word that I completely understand. I have been listening to him for years, first on the Moody radio, and now on TV and KZbin. God truly works through Dr. Evans. There have been so many times when I have been praying on something or just having a real hard time and I would just happen to hear one of Dr. Evans sermons and it would seem as if God was literally answering my prayer. That has happened several times. God still performs miracles it's just a matter of having open eyes to see them. I have such a deep respect for Dr. Evans he preaches God word and does not try and change the Word to fit into today's world. God bless you Dr. Evans and your ministry. The book of James is soooo wonderful to me! It teaches the fundamentals of Christianity. How to conduct yourself as a TRUE CHRISTIAN(in Spirit)not carnal(in the flesh). One of my favorite verses is "your gold & silver are corroded, their corrosion WILL TESTIFY AGAINST YOU & eat your flesh like fire."(James) Now that one was an eye opener because it allows you to realize that no matter how "rich" you are...you will not be able to bail yourself out of the judgment. That goes for the poor, the middle class, & any class where pride is at work in them. As a Christian I choose to walk in humility regularly. "HUMBLE YOURSELF BEFORE THE LORD & HE WILL LIFT YOU UP" (James) These "elite" are spritually bankrupt & are "spiritual beggars" as I've heard it said before. Thank you Father God for blessing those who are called by your name. Those who diligently seek your face & not your hands. Those who listen to the Holy Spirit when impressed to act in faith & in good works(as they go hand in hand). Thank you Lord for meeting all your servants needs in every way. May we "speak & act as those who are going to be judged by the Law that gives freedom"(James) & may your people continue to walk in your wonderful grace & mercy Lord. IN JESUS NAME! AMEN!

Dear Pastor Evans, Just wanted to say thank you for preaching this message, 5 years ago!!! OMG!!! How relevant is this Word today. Here we are, it’s 11-15-2020....how that the church in America is sooo divided, along racial, political, and worst of all public health policy regarding the management of a out of control pandemic....some people die, some people live, oh welll........blind to the masses that are dying from COVID....😫....but you HIT IT on the head. Jesus gave us just two commandments...to Love God, Love one another as we love ourselves. How far we are as a Body of Believers in following this simple command...praying for the Body of Christ to reconcile Democrats and Republicans so we can heal those suffering and move forward.
