You won’t be able to have custom attachments to automated emails using pipedrive’s workflow automation, but you can using zapier. Checkout my videos on PandaDoc for some examples.

We are currently dealing with a single contact person where multiple deals are discussed, leaving one of the deals in Pipedrive having "no activity" set as it is discussed already on a single activity. Is there any way I can link multiple deals on a single activity ?

You can't link multiple deals to a single activity. Depending on how important this is, you could use Pipedrive Projects for this use case as you can link multiple deals to a single Project and then have activities tied to the projects.

@@AmeerahSantiago marking one deal as won will not affect any other deals linked to the Project. In this scenario you'd likely link the activities to the Project rather than any individual deal and from the Project you can access any Deal to update the stage, status, etc.

How did you add custom fields to automations? Im getting stuck with the "priority" field. I added it as a custom fields, but it doesnt seem like custom fields are allowed in automations :)

@guyc793 you should be able to update custom fields in your workflow automations. From your Action Step, select the "back" button (see minute 3). From there you should see a list of all of the default and custom field options. Select the ones you want to update in your action step, click "Next," and then you should be set.

@@opsdesigned Thanks, but weirdly enough that option doesn't show up for me. Is it an account situation? The custom fields don't even show in that menu

@@sheldonswanepoel3938 are you trying to add the priority using Pipedrive workflow automation? If so, in the Activity Action step, be sure to select "Priority" which is under the CUSTOM FIELDS section.
