La plus belle réussite, et j'en ai vu des réappropriations du patrimoine et de sa restauration... toutes sont remarquables, celle-ci la plus aboutie. Un seul regret, qu'elle ne m'ait pas invité à sa table car sa cuisine, pour frugale, me fait saliver. Elle est la reine en sa demeure.
