OK, so for anyone coming to this late, here is the honest truth from someone who uses the smaller Juliet and who has plenty of cutter experience. I have used the Juliet for over 6 months now and love it. Leonardo design software for the Siser cutters now has two versions, the basic which is free and the Pro which is $8.99 a month (free trial till end August 2023), or the option to use off brand software, SCAL6 which is purchased for under $50, or the dearer Pro version of that. Only commercial users are likely to need the Pro version though for multiple machines etc. The cutters are great, you can cut what you want. The rule of thumb is if you can cut it with scissors then you are good to go. Matless cutting on all vinyl, no matter the brand. Cut card, flexible plastics, paper, faux leather, make stickers, the sky is the limit. There is also a stand coming out soon for those who need that.

I use a 24 inch paper cutter in front of mine. It is the very best for cutting straight. If you want to see a photo, I I can send but easier by far than scissors.

I thought that Siser said that their cutters are the quietest on the market. The sound reminded me of the Silhouette machines a little bit, which I can't stand too much.

Yes, but the Silhouette has a awful grinding sound like makes you question is this machine ok? Siser's sounds like R2D2.

I have the Cricut, the Siser and the Silhouette and I find the Siser is the quietest and the Silhouette is the loudest. But new machines are coming from Silhouette touting its quietness. So we shall see. I will tell you that when running my Cameo 4, I have to turn up my tv to hear. I do have a tv in my room with all my machines. With the Romeo and Juliet I do not. With the Cricut it is inbetween with the both sound wise. My siser cutters cut exceedingly well. I use them the most and the Cricuts are collecting dust unless I have a job that I created in it. The lack of export in Cricut is a stumbling block for me. Realize that a microphone enhances noise.

Hello, I watched your video, thank you, it was very informative. I am considering the purchase of a Romeo. Is this video sponsored or is this your personal review? I'm looking for an unbiased review. Thank you!

This is not sponsored video and is my personal review . The print and cut is out of this world !!! I have used a Silhouette for over 10 years and I have not used it since . They are going to be the cutter of the craft world soon the program is always adding new features and you can download it and try it now with the PRO version for free until the end of this month. I hope that helps
