Great video as always! We wanted to try Fratelini but didn't make it this time. Our favorites were Panini Toscani near the Duomo and Pino's more noth towards Galleria dell' Academia. Also try Stefano's panini in Oltrarno, in a small shop called Amici di Ponte Vecchio if you're around that area. Greetings from fellow foodies Mirella and Panos:)
