​@@user-zw2hn9eu1lAfter the two previous episodes and watching the most recent trailer again, I think Gina's playing the long game of trying to get the truth out of him. In the most recent trailer the smoke is orange which is Gina's signature colour. It could also imply a "smokescreen" which is a metaphor for someone hiding their true intentions, so Gina lying about believing Dean and getting close to him to trick and prove Linda was right. Gina also did this sudden 180 on the same episode Linda referred to her as a sister, that's no coincidence.
