Great story Suzanna. I was 10 when I went vegetarian. 42 when I went vegan. Now at 57 I'm trying the WFPB SOSfree. I'm eating potatoes, vegetables, beans, rice, fruits. I realized these are foods I love anyway. What a journey!

I find that I lose my voracious appetite if the biggest part of what I eat is dark green - rucola or kale. I don’t feel hungry then as when I eat without greenery.

🚨🚨🚨🚨 To hold AVOCADOS longer, as soon as they are nearly ripe, wrap them in foil and store in the refrigerator. A little Korean lady gave me this hint. 🚨🚨🚨🚨

Kale chips for crunch and dehydrated vegetables are great for crunch. Air fried chickpeas. Cut up fresh carrots and celery. Chewing on whole cloves is good for breath.

Spoiler alert, Tracey Morgan was JOKING when he said he gained 40lbs on Ozempic. He has lost weight, however, and, as we all know, he'll have to stay on it for the rest of his life. I'm going to eat plant based and be satisfied!

I love this channel and have gained so much knowledge on my journey towards health. While so much of the information is sound I am concerned with the hyper focus on weight loss. Weight loss to me is just the happy byproduct of eating to promote health & healing. I am going so say something that I hope is received as the thoughtful concern it is intended as. AJ is looking scary thin. I see accompanying signs of mal nourishment like thinning hair and sunken red eyes. Like I said...I have great concern for her health and fear there is a propensity for a small percentage of people to take weight loss too far. I hope there are no other underlying health problems attributing to what I see as a marked difference in appearance from even 6 months back.
