I can't wait to see more, Doug! This really inspired me to start playing Path to Glory! I love the idea of a magic-focused army that's not Tzeentch which seem to be a trope. Glory to Granfather!

Yeah! I know it’s easy to think “tzeentch = magic”, I fall for it too. But there’s so many different directions you can take these subfactions!

Understandable changing armies, mirror matches are awkward especially if people have different versions of the rules. Carnival of Chaos is a very fun concept i love the cheerful followers of Nurgle. Can't wait to see even more of this, really want to start a path to glory with my friends but we're in the middle of writing our game and are to busy with playtest to start a campaign.

With the pox walkers mechanical parts you could paint the arms like bone or any gross mutation, or even like they stuck a chunk of wood there.

Very entertaining... I had a similar idea with combining Pox walkers, Flagellants and Plague bearers to create Pox Flagellants! (Rejected by the Lords of Greywater Fastness, and marked as extremists for their beliefs they instead turn to the Nurgle father for solace!) They are taking a bit longer than expected... Looking forward to more Path to glory...

my first big loss as ironjaws in PtG was against lumineth and i did the same - spread out my army and he focused one section at a time until i was crushed - honestly shook my faith in my greenskins

Hello mr Doug I just wanted to say for marauders what I did was buy 2 spire tyrants boxes the got 2 extra models off Ebay for my block of 20, another option that I like are the untamed beast for a more "savage" looking group of marauders

Since you are in the business of converting models Doug I'd really recommend getting some halberds on your chaos warriors. The extra reach makes a big difference with the new coherency rules, and if the Warshrine prays for Curse on the enemy they can deal a fair bit of damage. Glad to see you back on the Slaves train!

The biggest question I've had since starting AoS with slaves a few months ago is being able to ally daemons in the army. I know they can be allies in daemon armies but I've never found a good answer to if I can. I'd love to ally in bloodletters for my Khorne slaves but I've been worried about throwing off allegiance abilities. My local group is starting path to glory tomorrow and I'm now wanting to throw some daemons in the mix lol.

Attacking on break through as NH even without deepstrike it pretty silly, my hexwraiths and black coach move 21" a turn if I run, my dreadblade just moves my rasps. straight to the finish. They should of made it that you cannot "set up" models in the opponents half of the table

Hey Doug thanks for this series, it's helping me out in the campaign I'm running in my local community. Had a question that I have been having trouble with, and hoping to get your input. It has to do with the hero injuries. From what I read there's no way of recouping them, do they just keep suffering more wounds? Would this eventually cause them to be bracketed if they were big enough to have brackets? The rules really aren't that clear on this. What do you think?

Hey there! So heroes can be allowed to "rest" in the recovery step just like any other unit. The trick is accruing enough glory to have a second hero that can act as a replacement. At least thats my understanding at the moment

Isnt battleline units only a concept for competitive play? Since this is a narrative campaign you don’t need to have 2 battle line etc. Right

If I were playing against someone who didn't have the up to date rules and I did, I'd just share, or print them out a copy or something. Sure beats having to faff about with 2 rule sets

it was a culmination of a lot of mistakes, not as simple as "Share this paper with me", sadly. But we got it all sorted :)
