I love the front windscreen. You’re definitely right it looks better than ever. The solar panel is also a nice addition.

Me too! adds a more dynamic look to an otherwise flat face! Thanks Pierce!! 😃

That looks so smooth! Especially the front. And the roof looks like one giant single-mold piece.

Hey Rabid! I'm thrilled you like it! If lego were to make a 3x7 roof end section + 2x7, 3x7, 4x7 roof mid sections...I'd be using them like crazy! But I know it'll never happen lol 😆

@@TealBricksinParadisa 😅 If Lego made all of these specialized parts we wouldn't have to think as much anymore. 🙈 I'm not sure your builds would still be as impressive as they are..

I think my creativity is always going to find something to push the limits regardless..haha Sometimes I'm thrilled by the challenge and stoked that I happened to figure out--rubic's cube style--some novel new solution ....other times I'm just like...'I spent 3 friggin hours figuring this small detail out, and it looks uglier and is ready to fall apart'. It really depends on the application. 😅 Some specialization is necessary and inevitable. I don't favor EXCESSIVE specialization (extremely low versatility) nor parts that are dumbed down specialized parts (juniors 4+). However nearly all my vehicles need specialized parts like the 4x4 or 4x6 roof/bonnet/hood panels. In fact I've been frustrated in the past because I've needed a complimenting piece to the 4x6 such as a 3x6, (or 2x6) to create a vehicle roof on a sedan or SUV that is 6X6 or 7x6. Brick building a vehicle roof is either too weak and falls apart, or creates an issue where the minifigure can't fit in the vehicle because a brick built roof that's 2plates thick does not give the necessary head room. Either that I have to sacrifice the vehicle's aesthetics..which then makes me cranky..haha 😂 I think specialized parts need to strike that balance where its both versatile (beneficial in numerous applications) and yet also does the specialized job that is needed of it. I've seen new specialized parts where I just think...'Alas! great part, I'm glad they finally made one..but if they had only given it a cutaway here or designed it a bit different there..it would be even MORE versatile and then I could use for this and this and this application...but I can't..womp womp' That said, 7 wide vehicles will never become a thing for lego, so any roof components that are 7 wide would not be in this universe. Maybe in another parallel universe 🤔 haha

@@TealBricksinParadisa I agree to 100%. On a big bus or truck or train it's not as critical because you can still get away with some bulkier solutions but the smaller the vehicle gets the more you have to rely on the specialized parts to fit exactly as you need them. That's why I tend to start from those specialized roof/hood pieces or other bigger elements and make them work first and figure out the details from there. It means that some things just never occur to me which someone else might try to make work in spite of the pieces available and then I'm really impressed. 😅 I know I tend to be unhappy with the end result when I don't quite figure out a little detail even if the rest worked out better than expected and I assume you feel the same way. I hope I can convince myself to still post those builds and inspire someone with the solutions I did manage to figure out or perhaps get a suggestion on the part I got stuck on. 🙈 I hope I can overcome the perfectionist in me... 😅

I can relate to some of that haha. It's all part of the nature of the creative process. Sometimes the brain just likes to be efficient and sticks to doing things it knows well..then along comes someone else who takes a different approach and it just unlocks all these new possibilities I hadn't even thought to do. I have a rotator wrecker moc (modern day remake) that has been unfinished for 3 years now. It already looks better than I ever originally imagined it in my opinion and I would love to make a video on it, however there are still complex details that are yet to be resolved--because what I want is difficult to achieve. So its stuck in unhappy unfinished limbo..haha. I know I'll figure it out eventually. I just had an amusing joke pop in my mind " to perfect thyself, one must use thy perfectionism ..to overcome thy perfectionist self" 🙉 Sounds like a line from a kung fu panda movie 😂

Good murning, it's much improved indeed! I really like the new nose, and while the digital sign was cool, it turns out much better without it! There's something more satisfying with the new roof, though I'm not sure what specifically.

So, which wheels/tires are you using on your buses?

Absolute a wonderfull mod of this bus. I really like it 😃👍 only those headlights 😱 . I prefer the clear transparant. And yeah I know it is a matter of personal taste (no offense 😊)

Did you dismantle your older bus or do you still have them booth and that's just a newer version in your city?
