DON'T BUY this chair. It is of pathetic cheap quality for the premium price. I bought one and got return accepted. Below were the problems out of the box: 1. Base plate painting was uneven 2. There were dents and scratches on a brand new product 3. Metal wheel base was rusted. Damn it rusted seriously. 4. One of the two arm rests was not working. Imagine brand new and arm rest not working means complete quality check disaster. 4. Plastic body of arm rest had rough plastic finish 5. Armrest wobbled like anything. I strongly advise stay away and don't fall for smartgrid marketing gimmic. I bought this chair after visiting their experience centre in Mumbai. I seriously feel displayed product is different than what is delivered. Chu banane ka dhandha hai.

For this budget/price range in India, you can buy a used Herman miller/SteelCase chair in very good condition with all the bells and whistles.

​​@@Jugal_PratapI bet you haven't even seen the top quality ergo chairs. 18k is still cheap. Search for steelcase, Herman Miller etc etc... It goes upto 1lac+ Believe me gaming chairs are shit. Main din main atleast 8hr constant baithta hun, my office has steelcase chairs and it's so easy to sit for hours without feeling anything. but the same I can't say for the ergo chairs I use in home. Yes it's way more value, you wouldn't feel it unless you use it.
