It is nice to see the Skip Barber series is still alive after F4 released. Though I think some people from F4 have moved back to Skip Barber because of F4 racing standards are like F3. Nice race Dave!

Still the BEST series in iRacing.... a lot of racecraft practice in these little cars. This is all I race these days, Dave (Mac). Very addictive when you get in a pack with like minded people.

Tremendous. Thanks Dave. Life would be a lot duller without you, Sir. I remember 'racing' my Auntie's Rover Metro around the technical and rally inspired car park at Tesco. Not fast. Not dangerous, but stylishly engrossing for a twelve year old with scant regard for the plod and their incredibly fast Vauxhall Astras. It's very true, the slower the car, the more pronounced your driving skills seem to be. Or Have to be. Happy days indeed. Petrol was also about tuppence a Gallon back then. Love to you, your family and your viewers. Shakespeare once asked the question 'what piece of work is a man' in Hamlet. 'What piece of work is a Metro with a broken sunroof' was the question on my mind as a kid.

Thank you!! I've been saying this since I started sim racing. You can keep your high speed, high downforce cars, and your super high speed tracks. A Skippy, Mazda, Vee, Gt4's at Brands, Mosport, Oulton, Barber Motorsports........is where the best racing is to be found.

Poor Gazza. You gave him the position heading into the bus stop but he overcooked it. I love these cars and though I am slow and usually in the bottom split, just hanging back for the first couple of laps and waiting for all the carnage to take place I can often go from 15th or 16th on the grid to a top half finish. You can't overdrive them as they have so little downforce it is almost non-existent but most people drive them like any other open wheel car. Also, brown trouser alert going through the bus stop on the last lap.

Mac Evad became Maximum Evade....what an awful first corner on a track where you need that sweet sweet draft . And yet you just drive up to the back of that train and got on with business... Good and always fun Dave when to run these little puddle jumper beginner cars. This and the Formula Ford's are fun

I get into the M2 in ACC on occasion and it's always great racing, side by side like the pros. In GT3s there is always a mess-up.

As an iracer of 10 years with mostly racing the Skip and Watkins Glen being a favourite of mine I found this enjoyable to watch. Have done 2 races this week - both times was high up the order in 2nd split being car 3 in one race and car 1 in the second. Pole in both races and though making mistakes on the 1st lap in each race got the chequered flag 1st for both 😁 iracing name Craig Deshon if you want to check my iracing profile. I've subscribed to the channel as I've seen other videos I've enjoyed to watch. One question I have is what are the - I think they are overlays? - that you have during the race showing SOF and all driver ratings. Is that the program racelabs? Yi Wei Zhang: the i is almost not there. Sounds more like e. I think eway would be an acceptable pronunciation for an englishman. Zh is a voiced sh. The a is aw. Without seeing the accents or the Chinese characters it is hard to say how it is pronounced. Loved the race. Too bad for Gary. He deserved 5th.

Best racing maybe, but these trainer/entry cars are just so dammed boring IMHO I've given up hopes of finding regular races in Group C, GT1, class prototypes etc. It's depressing spending so much on sim gear etc to get relegated to driving sh*tboxes. lol I can do that in real life. No options in iRacing, RF2 Raceroom, etc. AC has the cars, but not the structure. For a brief moment, PCars 2 had it all. Then they decided to smoke crack and threw it all away. Life lesson
