The funny thing about some of those later designs is that the probability is so low that it almost certainly falls below the resolution of Minecraft's RNG. Mathematically it might be possible for certain trigger conditions to be met but in practice no possible seed value will actually produce that result because successive RNG calls are too deterministic.

Yep, as Myren pointed out, the world RNG is 48 bit LCG and that makes any probability
