A lot if them were unfamiliar. Have long been fascinated by the Cri-Cri, and kind of in love with the BD-5 (the prop one too, and I recall a longer-winged variant with much greater L/D. Haven’t watched to the end (yet?), because it’s getting ridiculous, but I’m missing Ken Rand’s single seat KR-1 and side-by-side KR-2. Had the plans for the -1, and was receiving his newsletter when the last one told the story of his demise. Engine in his turbocharged -2 failed over a big thunderstorm, returning to California from Sun ‘n Fun ‘79.

Actually is Y-tail, not V-tail, because there is a vertically oriented movable control surface on aft end of fuselage which is readily visible on a PC monitor which is around 22 inches, 56cm, wide. Pause the video around the 2 different views at 1:31, 1:32 points to get a good view of it.

Some of your descriptions of the Ikarus 451M are just plane wrong. And your switching pictures is extremely messed up since you are describing a jet aircraft but keep switching to pictures of a propeller aircraft. The propeller aircraft is the Ikarus S-451. Nowhere did I find an aircraft of the Ikarus 451 family with engines stacked vertically. You botched this one, big time.

As someone just said on another comment, there is a vertical rudder attached to very end of fuselage under what would otherwise be a classic v-tail. I searched up the company's website and photos there confirm that vertical rudder exists; so, a V-tail + a vertical rudder below it = Y-tail.

thise are notbaxtually that small, the cri cri has a span over 5 meters! and those record narrow span airpkanes were so hard to fly, that they almost all crashed soon! i study thise deshns for 2,5 years by now to find a low aspect ratio solution amd just recnetly after more than 2 years of research got the few 80-90 yrs old data about such configurtaions, whixh is mostly used at fighting deltas nowadays and hirdly ever to come by....the rest, i hope you show something interesting and new, and the comments? well...i don,t care, bcs many tell a lot of wrong details or whatever, i.m already ok when insee someth8ng new once in a while and not always te same 3 birds!
