This park got demo’s last week and new park is underway. 20 years in the making the Ventura skaters have been fund raising and battling city for 20 years. Chris Long who owns serio Skateshop in Ventura has an organization called “Ventura needs a real skatepark” lots and lots lots of work by skaters in Ventura and a new park has finally broken ground it’s being built by Grindline and it’s gonna be epic

coool vid! i grew up in this area skating as a grom! they are actually in the process of upgrading the skatepark to a very nice plaza. the designs have been shown but i am not sure if they are approved yet but when its done its going to be huge! cheers!
