This week I'm visiting the Duck River of Columbia, Tennessee, once again in search of a 20"+ smallmouth bass. Every catch except one was on the topwater Whopper Plopper.

My wife and I passed you on the river this day. I was the only cowboy hat on the river I reckon. You caught more than me for sure. Great video! Just subbed!

I've caught some decent fish in the Duck, but sometimes it's tough to know what lures to use because of how dirty the water can get. Looks like you had a decent trip!

Hey man where are you putting in on the Duck. Never been there. Fished the Buffalo a lot from Crazy Horse.

I usually put in at Leftwich and get out at Howard’s bridge. Check this out: www.higherpursuits.com/rentals/paddling-routes/

@@chuckallen5552I came here to ask the same thing! Haha. I live in Pegram and the Harpeth River has been absolutely dead for a couple weeks. I may have to cruise out that way and give it a go.

Nice to see a local fishing channel. I was over at Chickasaw trace yesterday afternoon and saw a few smallmouth checkin out my bait but no takers.
