I have had this APC Back-UPS BR1500G-IN UPS since 2017 and now it's resting in the storeroom as last year its battery got dead completely but I didn't buy a replacement battery that time because Just before that battery got dead I also got LUMINOUS Cruze 2 KVA Cruze 2 KVA Pure Sine Wave Inverter with two 220 AH Tall Tunular batteries. Just earlier I build my high-end gaming PC with Rog Strix RTX 3090 + GIGABYTE AORUS P850W 850 WATT 80 PLUS GOLD which working perfectly fine without any power interruptions. Do you think should I also use my UPS as an extra layer of protection for my PC? If Yes then should I need to buy a replacement battery or I could just connect it without a battery as it will use the Inverter supply and also it has separate plugs for surge only too. I really don't need any backup from this UPS but I would like to use the feature of this UPS like how much power my PC is consuming in real-time as well as an extra layer of protection to my very expensive component in PC.

@@CaptainScorpio24 who told you this rubbish? I'm using a vguard inverter and 200ah battery will give you more than 6 hrs backup. You have to put inverter in ups mode then it won't cut. Do your own research
