@@tessy7668My portfolio is very much diversified so it's not like i have a particular fund i invest in. plus i don't do that by myself. I copy trades from US regulated broker, Nina Dell Prosperi. she works at MERRILL LYNCH, PIERCE, FENNER & SMITH INCORPORATED. I can correctly say she's worth her salt as a financial adviser as her diversification skills are top notch/ I say because i see that in her results as my portfolio grows by averages of 10 to 15% on a monthly basis. just mirrors what she trades and not just on some particular industries of my choosing.

It's so good to get this stuff from one of our own, cause then we're discussing a market, circumstances we that we face daily, and solutions we can apply. Most foreign advisors are good but their solutions are not applicable locally. you hear about 401k, stocks, shares, credit card advantages, real estate plans, etc that are just not practical in this economy. Sound financial advice works in all economies( especially in capitalism). Math works exactly the same whether you are in China, Germany, USA or Rwanda. The things you mention there work just the same here as they do in the USA. There are alternative but equivalent tools of 401k, 403b and 457b here in Kenya. Its good you keep an open mind when it is said by a Kenyan but basically all Shiko has explained are the Dave Ramsey's 7 baby steps .

Money market should never be used as an investment because the payouts r peanuts. Instead work urself to any CBK branch, open an account n buy treasury bonds from as low as 100K that you can top up with multiples of 50K and earn 9-14% p.a interest payable twice a year.

Thanks for this. Indeed, the best way to make money is spending it with plan especially one that allows you to convert active income into passive income. My favourite one is endowment investment plans because they give very high profits besides assuring your life against life threatening events. Not every company gives these benefits to the maximum but the ones I work with will give you all life assurance riders for free and they give the highest interest rates in the market
