A black hole at the center of the galaxy Being pulled, being pulled, being pulled down Nice and easy As a naught, as a nil, as a no One more step 'til finally you just freeze You're going to give us the slip tonight Eye through the keyhole Open like you're the hole in the ozone You're going to give us the slip tonight Blasted partitions, blackbird says nothing You're going to lie, you're going to sin You're going to bring the world down 'round your ears While the temperature grows ugly While you threaten to press the button Let's pretend, let's pretend, let's pretend One more step 'til finally you just freeze Stared into infinity As if, as if you cannot see You're going to give us the slip tonight Eye through the keyhole 'Cause you want shit for free I don't know, it was just, just a question We are so in trouble Somehow it's, it's not like you imagine We are so in trouble One more step 'til finally you just freeze

Man, Jonny has progressed into hinting at maybe 60s pop rock from his old style of touching on swing and big band. Very hard to explain, but he's always had this recontextualized big band sound. I have noticed it since Just. Like it's a garnish on completely unique rock sound.
