New stretch I discovered that those I've shared it with love. Sitting on the ground in Lotus, half Lotus, or however you can sit comfortably with a straight back. Clasp your hands together and place them on the crown of your head, pull your elbows back to be aligned with your shoulders and hold the pose for as long as you can.
