Great video. But I'm sure that you are getting the Outro wrong. Instead of simply switching back and forth between the C# and B chords, it actually goes C# - Amaj - B. It switches from C# to A between the 4th and 5th beat. Check out the video of the live version and notice how Marr's left hand switches positions slightly before moving up the neck to B. That's where it happens! You can also clearly hear the transition when listening to Andy's bass line. It's just a minor thing, but I think it is the most important part of the outro, since it breaks with the rather gloomy chords progression of the verse and somehow gives it a more positive and "optimistic" feeling (that's how I like to think about it:) It's something most covers seem to get wrong. Hope this helps.

Make your own fucking tutorial, superstar. It always amazes me that people who think they know exactly how to play a song will seek out videos on how to play that song and then leave critical comments underneath.

For the second section in the first part don't forget to do a pulloff from the B on 2nd string at the end of the power chord to an open A as you transition to the slide section and let that A drone underneath. Listen closely and you'll hear it on the recording. It's an integral part of the song--subtle, but it's there. Marr likes to slip ringing low end drone notes into songs to counter the intricate work he's doing up on the higher strings. A classic example is the use of the F# sharp drop with the D chord position (with capon oddly on the third fret) on Stop Me. As for Some Girls Are Bigger if you really want to go retro and pay a bit more homage to the 80s you can echo the second chord in Tea in the Sahara (by some other British group with an American drummer in it) by adding the middle the second chord in Part 1, section 2 (add the 2nd fret on the G string). Wee bit of trivia there.....

The song is composed of B, A, F#m, G#m, C#m and E. You've done a really good job at selecting which notes Marr is playing. I'm gonna give it a shot. It's a great song and Marr is a genius. When the Smiths came out his style was unlike anyone else's on the scene at that time. All these years later I still think he's brilliant. He was only 18 when the Smiths starting recording.

C#m B A F#m G#m (verse) C#m A B / A F#m G#m (chorus) C#m A B (E) / (send me your pillow) For instance, you can render it on the acoustic w/ capo 4 and Am G F Dm Em etc. ^_____^
