The explanations regarding blank coin refunds are not exactly correct. All numbers are off by one. For 5* you have to already have 6 cards and then roll for NP7 to be eligible. Rolling for NP6 is not enough. Same for USO refunds. You only get a refund if you exchanged a 7th or higher copy.

The original Japanese announcement: 「同一の★5(SSR)サーヴァントおよび同一の★4(SR)サーヴァントの召喚履歴」が一定数（※1）ある状態で It clearly states that you must already hold 6 cards and then roll again to be eligible. Which makes sense because the 7th card will be useless under the new fixes while the 6th will still give you one more append.

​@@-sui- I don't see how this contradicts what we said. Unless the translation is off, it clearly states below that how many are necessary. Also, NP7 won't be useless. People were already rolling NP7 so they wouldn't have to bond farm, and that won't change. It will be pointless once they hit bond 12, but again, that's how it has been up until now.

lasengle are just an easy blame victim. For anyone whos been in a workplace long enough to matter enough to be asked if something is a good idea but not important enough to actually change an opinion that's probably where most of lasengle is compared to typemoon and aniplex. Monetization is definitely from aniplex and even stuff like animation updates and character buffs have to be approved by Type moon.... i even see people shitting on Lasengle because of the lack of interludes... like fuck me why don't you get mad at their boss nasu and his writing room? These are the guys who have turned interludes from "oh look there's an enemy in the simulator" to 30-60 minutes of content.

Nah only the coins themselves are bad. Being able to grail to lv120 is nice. The appends are helpful. The bad thing is that they are all gated by the coins and how annoying or expensive it is to get coins.

Yeah it was a disaster when I could Koyan/Skadi loop off one copy of k-scope after hitting bond 6 instead of needed to pull 5 copies. You do realize that until Castoria and especially Oberon that Superscope was literally the pinnacle of power in FGO. Seeing a support list with 5+ superscopes was a total what a whale moment back in the day.... That has only switched to Black Grail in the last 4 years.... I have a f2p jp account (started on Morgan's banner) that has pulled over 40 ssrs, has all the main supports outside of quick and only pulled 2 copies of black grail.... It took 3 years for something requiring more than bond 6 on an ssr and it only went down bad because they tried to be greedy as fuck.

@@ryanwest6035 At least the situation is pretty controllable for SSR, NP1 bond 6 for 1 append ain't bad. It sucks HARD for SR though, if you only have NP1 you need like bond 11 to unlock a single append.

@40:50 NP5 max is now a viable stopping point now like Ryou says. Just fully invest in one append and swap between the 5 appends depending on your needs.

For whales, yeah. For light spender or lucksacks though, NP3 is the optimal stopping point since now with Bond 15 you can get both level 120 and 3 Appends unlocked. It should fill the need of most Servants
