@@Myogramme Chile, Fikshun had a lil break down in which he felt jealous towards the Les Twins and he went live on IG and spoke badly about the Twins. Salif came into the live and basically told him to chill out and asked that he not talk about Les Twins like that in public... And, Fikshun got mad at him and literally told Salif that he's no dancer... He's a Micheal Jackson Impersonator. Fikshun laughed at Salif who was only being nice and polite and repeatedly told Salif that he would crush him in any competition and he(Salif) is No dancer. Salif continued to be nice and told him that his behavior should not be on display to the public for public consumption. Fikshun continued to laugh and roast Laurent and Salif and Larry just a lil bit because he knows Larry WILL FIGHT🤭

Fikshun is sharper and Salif is smother. I felt Fikshun creativity in the first two rounds. Salif moves was like 70% Larry and 30% Laurent. They were both good but I prefer battles with real songs not just beats

If we went to go the technical route his style does fall under the hip hop side (new school version) but we could also argue that he’s an experimental dancer because he has shown to just be experimenting through most of his movement.

Fikshun is more cultured so his bag of tricks is deeper but Salif’s movement is a bit cleaner. Not only that, but it looks like Salif was dancing to Fikshun’s music. When you know the songs you can do certain moves on beat. In my opinion, Salif has a higher ceiling. This was great to watch. My personal favorites are Teo, Mr KZbin, and Kida.

Salif is not a battle dancer He has way less experience battling compared to Fik. Salute to him for participating. That said I'll salute Fik for picking fair songs, going first and not having any hostile or aggressive demeanor. I also like that while he has incorporated krump into his dance, he is still a complete dancer and not dependent on krump and still has strengths not associated with krump. I hope that if or when Rubix goes to the US that Fik can take him to a tourney and keep this same energy because respectfully a lot of Americans don't know about EU freestyle and how crazy it can be.

Salif has more organic comfortable movement. Salif also is a lot more smooth. Fikshun has cleanliness over him as well as detail. Fikshuns movement is also more mature and developed and his vocabulary is larger. A lot of these rounds were ties imo. But fikshun managed to take him very clearly as the rounds went on and Salif ran out of stuff to say. Edit: I rewatched it again 8 months later and I halfway disagree with my original comment. I don't think fik shun won. Salif had a clear identifiable pocket he was in each round. His concepts and narrative was a lot clearer and more digestible than fik. Fik looked like there wasn't any clear intent or pocket. It was sporadic. Not linked together cohesively. Like watching a story without a plot. I also think salif had better movement quality. FIkshun had MORE moves and CLEARER moves..but Salif had more to say and a better storyline with better cohesion and musicality.
