On the education thing, I can back up that most schools build the curriculum so the dumbest of kids can keep up. I have a master's in education, and you have no idea how disheartening it is to be preparing for a senior level biology class and be expected to spend a week going over what DNA and RNA are. And then like half the little shits won't even get it, and the ones who do just sit on snapchat the whole class because they don't need to try. It's insane, and part of the reason I decided not to teach (that and covid).

The fact that the cop mixed up a taser and a firearm is just absurd. On the education thing: In Sweden you go year 1-9 taking general stuff, then a you get to decide 1. 2 year work prep (think plumber, mechanic or truker). And some of that time is as a trainee Or 2. 3 year university prep in one of several areas; arts, stem, economics and so on. So if you want to study STEM you need to choose a 3 year program in Natural science or similar else you wont be able to apply. But if you love arts you would want to take one of those programs. Then 3 years at university for a BC or 5 for a MS
