those solder joints will come loose in time and have to be reworked, reason is because they use high temp solder on the resistors there and you have cold joints onto them, if you used a better microscope you can actually zoom in at much finer scale and see that the connection joint from the flex cable is not positively bonded with the legs of the resistors. you will need a more powerful scope for this tho, at least 100x to see on a fine detail level.

It's lead free solder so you need around 400c to melt...but if everything is secured in place I do not see an issue long term...

if i use the latest gnx package can i go straight to the official base release to see if my firmware is above unlocking? Or could there be some risk? , after doing that, can I reserve it to backup and build? or is it better to wait for the new firmware to unlock?

I use fine point with my micro soldering iron tip. You can find a cheap usb powered soldering iron online for $6 it's called HANDSKIT, it has a white handle and comes with a bundle of sponge and stand, some lead and a micro USB wire.

I watched a pro solderer and they said you want your temp to be about 750-800 degrees farenheit so 398 c

It really depends on your iron. Once you get used to it you'll know what temperatures work best with your iron for most boards. I've seen some people use 650, I've seen people max it out at 750-850. I have a Hakko FX-951 with an FM-2032 micro pencil with a T30-D1 tip. (HIGHLY recommended you get a micro pencil for this) Good flux also makes a HUGE difference on how well you can solder something. (AMTECH 559 flux is rated some of the best stuff (Can confirm)) To reiterate there are much cheaper irons that have micro pencils that work extremely well so you don't have to spend almost a grand on everything you need. It's all about your specific use case if you want to do this yourself. Oorrrr alternatively you can pay someone to do it for you for a fraction of the price realistically if you didn't want to have to do all that.

For the standard switch 1 or 2 (unpatched only) use hwfly core. For Oled use hwfly oled, for lite use hwfly lite

A great brand I've been using for years is Kester leaded 63/37 mix solder. You can get it on amazon fairly inexpensively. A small tube will run about 8 bucks-ish at the moment.
