The Sonic Level That NOBODY Can Pronounce!

The reasoning I had for calling it Hydro-City was due to how the other zones were titled. Angel / Island Marble / Garden Carnival / Night Ice / Cap Launch / Base --//---------- Mushroom / Hill Flying / Battery Lava / Reef Hidden / Palace Sky / Sanctuary Death / Egg With the only other two zones to my knowledge that aren’t separated visually, like how Hydrocity zone was, being Sandopolis and Doomsday. However we still pronounce Doomsday separately as (Dooms Day) and in Sandopolis’ case a Polis is a city state area in Greece and the Sand part speaks for itself. So funnily enough it’s a Sand City akin to how Hydrocity is a Water City. That’s my frame of logic for how I see it anyway. Like you said though people will refer to the zone how they see fit and that’s fine.

You have become one of the few people I respect that pronounces the forbidden name like "Velocity". Hy(droh)city is the grammatically correct way, but Hy(draw)city sounds cooler. Pick your favorite!!

this is what i came to say. most words that end in -ocity or -osity are pronounced with the short ŏ sound. velocity, atrocity, viscosity.
