Tania is Nicky's (Sonic) little sister. Also, after Sonic saved Paulie, he vanished into thin air right before Paulie met his future wife Brenda. How does that not sound like a time travel story? People have managed to find more stories of this manga. My favorite is their take on Sonic CD.

I think the 1992 Sonic Manga is interesting. Because of the difference between Sonic and Nicky directly. Nicky is a shy hedgehog that wants to do good and wants to be a hero. But overall is scared. Then when Sonic comes out, its almost like Sonic is this entity that acts on Nicky's wishes to do good in the manga, no matter what. Kinda like Spiderman is to Peter Parker. Now I wish we got a panel where Amy starts to figure out who Sonic is. Because I think that would be an interesting plot point in my opinion. Sonic is figured out to be Nicky, and then Nicky has to struggle with being himself and being Sonic the hedgehog at the same time. Its a clash with trying to whole up two different life styles. Being a hero, and being yourself.
