The Sonic the Hedgehog/Godzilla Anime crossover

That Time Sonic the Hedgehog Crossed over with Godzilla.....Kinda.
sonic x is a Japanese anime that had sonic and his friends travel to the human world by accident, and they go on quests to retrieve the chaos emeralds to get back to their world.
a two parter late in season 2 had lots of references to toho sci-fi films.

The whole episode could literally be just Toho cameos in Sonic X. Funny thing is the Kirby anime did something similar like this with Mothra were King DDD kidnaps the Mothra twins and makes Mothra come to Dreamland in her larva form and then moth form to battle Kirby.

The episode is called Caterpillar Thriller at least in the English dub I think but the monster is called Mosugaba a direct reference to Mothra even with her being on a island and two small twins who sing to summon her to Dreamland. *Edit* I found the episode it's the 74th in the series you can all watch it in it's original Japanese dub. kzbin.info/www/bejne/hZe4kJ-Kf7predU

I had no Idea the series would essentially adapt the original Mothra film for Kirby! Darn It... Now I need a Kirby episode to pay tribute to either Godzilla, or Ultraman...

@@mrshrunkenbro8750 I understand that, I was just hoping for an episode to retell the original movie, in it's Kirby style... Not in it's entirety, but in it's own way. Maybe for Godzilla DEDEDE made some sort of anti Kirby weapon and tested it on the ocean resulting in a GIANT monster decimating the area and turning the village and other homes to rubble. But with the aid of a "Kaiju Kirby" (I know that doesn't exist in the game, by they did invent water Kirby before Return to Dreamland introduced it) the beat him into the water, while the king reflects on the weapon he made, and the chaos he commited... Also I think of Kaiju Kirby would Look have Kirby wearing an Ultraman-like mask to me...

Speaking of Sonic and Kaiju, it was kind of sad how much better the Death Egg Robot design in the second Sonic movie was than the new Mechagodzilla in Godzilla vs. Kong. It had lots of big easy to read shapes and just overall looked really fun, while the new Mechagodzilla was an absolute mess of robot junk with a very janky silhouette.

Ok so it’s kind of weird but to be I was thanking about making a crossover where are Godzilla from 1995 And my story picked it it’s Godzilla Junior yeah and he went to sonic XE universe and it’s a mystery for people who don’t know but he will rake have it on city buildings everything until Sonic came but sonic was not too powerful gets destroy from Godzilla somehow Dr. Robotnik my control Godzilla and he successful but Godzilla destroys the mind control and then he has another idea about he builds Mecha Godzilla so he did and and both of them fight somehow Godzilla overpower until sonic came to save the day destroy Mechagodzilla and Dr. Robotnik retreat so now a portal came and Godzilla went to back in his universe

Those episodes were pretty standard affair for the show. Human cast come along for no reason, anime troupes shoehorned in, and nothing makes sense. I wanted to like the show but the art and writing were so lazy they clearly intended to *only* market to kids who don't need a complex story or decent animation. They just want to watch characters they know bouncing around and fighting.

So we have Godzilla-like suit Toho Logo Kawakita's Title Designs reference to Baragon Sea Hawk Latitude 0 a Gotengo-like vessel Manda reference to Son of Godzilla Mothra-like kaiju and a statue of Gorosaurus (if you're experienced enough to know who that Kaiju is.) Also if you have the energy to work on a 11 minute video, then surely pronouncing a Kaiju's Japanese name (which is literally translated down below for English viewers) shouldn't be so hard--quit being lazy @Paper Finz you're embarrassing yourself. P.S. Also Jet-Jaguar had built quite a reputation in the mid 2000s like Moguera; so do you really know what you are talking about? Not likely.
