Yes, I think of this. I reckon Tony orchestrated it. You see the way he doesn't react to provocation from Meadow or AJ. Also the look on Carm's face like she knows what he's up to. Artie is a bad actor. It's genius because he's clearly got all of his family around him during a real and metaphorical storm.

I'm rewatching the show for the hundredth time. It never struck me how bittersweet this scene is, with how the show ends. If what is implied in the finale actually happened, the good times are over for Tony's family.
