"His house looked like shit" has to be the funniest line of the entire series.

I don't know if you noticed, but the way that Tony's mistress breaks the dishes and pulls the tablecloth is the exact same choreography as in the original Godfather movie. This was after her husband steps out without eating the dinner she prepared for him. Nice little homage.

So many great moments in this episode! - Chrissy’s look when Paulie says the guy sucker-punched him. - Obviously the entire interior decorator exchange! - “I lost my shoe 😢” - “Mix it with the relish!” - “I’ll leave you here you one-shoe c*cksucka!” - Cinderella’s carriage driver at 11:59pm - “What you been eatin’, steak?” - Bobby’s entirely situation-appropriate yet still hilarious-for-a-New-Jersey-mobster outfit. Just a gem of an episode, and a gem of a reaction! 😁

The interior decorator conversation is one of the funniest things in the show.

The reason Tony was laughing so hard when Bobby appeared is that, unbeknownst to James Gandolfini, Steven Schirripa had put a strap-on on before he walked into the scene.

Pine Barrens is, by far, one of the VERY BEST episodes in the series! I love your reraction!

Yeah, it's pretty iconic. Top 10. Love how random and unexpected it was. No other episode takes place in the woods.

Awww you missed one of the best lines of the episode. When Junior asks Tony if he just had steak!! (since it was just after Gloria threw the steak at him). Also, the real reason why Tony was laughing at Bobby is not only because of the outfit, it's because the actor was wearing a large dildo on his lower half. He was told to do whatever it takes to make James Gandolfini laugh...mission accomplished!! That was a legit laugh from Gandolfini in the episode :)

Paulie is often a fairly comic character, but like others you are occasionally reminded that these are bad guys - and Paulie is actually one of the worst.

HBO had a show called “in Treatment” w Gabriel burns, amazing show from what I can remember. Now that I think about it I’m sure it was inspired by dr Melfi and Tony’s meets. I don’t know if it would make for good reactions but the show in itself was great.

11:00 Well, when you're a gangster, you have to go out at night all the time, so it's easier to sell the excuse.

I wonder if the sopranos writers got the idea for the Pine Barrons episode based on the 1980's serial killers the Birnes in Perth Australia where I from? Because they took all their victims except the last one who got out the back window to the Pines woods now Ellenbrook, buried them and the last victim the took out there jumped out of her grave (similar to the Russian in the trunk)

The thing that always got me about the Pine Barrens, the place is supposed to be in the middle of nowhere, and there's indeed no one to be seen, yet the place is so covered in footprints that they weren't able to find the Russian's?
