You need optical out on the back of your TV. The HDMI cable that you connect your ps5 to the TV/monitor carries audio signal as well. So all you need to do is connect the speakers to the TV. You can do it via optical cable (adapter needed), micro USB cable or aux cable directly.

Yes you can. Next time check if your monitor has any audio out. You could also try a workaround, using either an DAC/AMP or audio extractor, but you will need to search for one that suits your setup.

ATTENTION! I can't believe that noone has adressed a HUGE flaw this product has. I went through several reviews before decided to go for this Z407 model. When using USB input, there is about 170ms delay in sound! It makes watching movies, playing games or using these speakers as part of AirPlay2 synced speakers impossible! The sound is just so much behind your system that it can't be used with USB input. 3,5mm input is fine, but I chose this model only because I needed the USB connection. If you don't need USB, the sound is.. okay. I'd give 6/10 for the sound. But if you want to use USB, walk away. Try and google it and you will find many-many people complaining about it.
