Please, sovereign man? Article 4, section 4 grants man to be under legislative rule or self governance. Your Social security represents legislative rule but a passport is self governance and exempts one from taxation, drivers license or any license. Put your passport number in place of the SS number on w-4 form and do an e-verify or I-9 and it will say that individual is allowed to work without a SS number . That is the greatest vote a sovereign man has. Some call this a non-citizen national but he is a national honored by previous agreements of article 6, clause 1. It is the 2 laws of article 6.
