NOTE: at the 26:26 mark, this is one of several mistakes by the English translation team. The goof was when Miko asks "who's that?" when the line was "that's Rodak!" (Goa)

What great rare episodes. Thank you for posting. Though I think these were only shown in the western US, because they were never available to me growing up in New England, i still found them totally enjoyable. Kaiju were always my favorite monsters, even before i ever heard the word!

You're welcome! "The Space Giants" shw was shown in Atlanta, GA on Ted Turner's WTCG/WTBS "Superstation" 17 from 1977-1981 which was also available on basic cable stations across the U.S.A.

Good question. The answer is that in this pilot there were several differences in the unaired version that survived the aired cut. In Fact, Ambassador "Goldar" Magma had a humanoid face! In a few weeks I will post the unaired pilot for you to see.

They really didn’t gave no thoughts to the title lol just call it space giant .Lucky they gave Godzilla name instead of just call it giant lizard or dinosaurs lol
