THE SPAWN IS ON!!!

Man I love fishing the spawn and it is not disappointing this year! Finally was able to take out my camera and what a day.... Caught a ton of fish and they were HUNGRY! Please like and SUBSCRIBE to my channel! Tight lines everybody! JH

Good to have you back on line Chachi!!! I thought it was harder to catch fish when they were on bed? Is spawning different than on bed?

Mark Buie thank you sir!! “on bed” is the slang term for spawning. The fish naturally move up in the shallows to spawn and the weeks leading to and following are great times to catch big ones. If a female is actually on a bed then sometimes she is very finicky to bite but the males that are protecting that bed will be very aggressive usually. Not a science by no means but some good guidelines to go by.👌🏻
