Not everyone can get that title, even the ones who have the right mindset and clear in the head and did everyrhing right. Its the right person. However you got to look into an account not everybody wants this job, is it a cool title and to have a title that means something thats set in stone but its not for everyone. And inside of the special operations community is nit 100% of what you think it really is. The community outside of the military is completely toxic in a sense it can be, your brother you have served with it can have a negative effect on you. Another is family time and not being able to see your kids, going to not just one or 10 its 100s of funerals, and just think for a moment a child whos age is a 1st grader, you have to dress up your kids at that age just to go to a funeral. Imagine being gone for 24 months on one rotation without seeing your family not knowing what a deployment is, its really depressing but for those who are in have to have this mindset. Mission and your brothers first then family. Think about the mission look out for your brothers you are ok youll be home and get to see your family, think about home on the mission and your emotions get to you thats where you'd fail and not see them again. Sounds easy but think about the other guys in thst community who are in the graves ans the ones living having to deal with that job back to back. Many of which have committed suicide or even on the flip side loosing your family and yourself. If you are alone and just with your brothers its just you and he others around you. One former delta operaror have said that, not being able to see your kids for a certian amount of time the amount of funerals and borhters he lost the time he almost lost his life. He said it was worth it. When he said worth it, hes not saying it in away yeah go sign up no hes saying it it was worth it for himself. Think about it. Enlist and selection sounds easy but heres the effect of it and many many of those who did where are majority of them end up back as a grunt or bullshit office work. Kyle morgan hes a former green beret and former delta. He got in as a green beret but his graduates he was with it's was 20-50 out of the 200
