Coming from someone who’s watched both, I respectfully disagree. I honestly don’t care who someone’s favorite Spider-Man show is, as long as it’s Spectacular Spider-Man or the ‘94 Animated Series (if someone says Ultimate Spider-Man we’re gonna have a problem), but I wholeheartedly think this show is a lot more well-made and put together, especially for a modern audience. This show’s overarching plot is a lot more interesting, not as massively held back by censors, and the animation is spectacular thanks to the simple character designs. The number of times TAS re-uses its animations is noticeable even if you’re not looking for it, and the quality of fight scenes in that show can be quite inconsistent. The voice acting in Spectacular is consistently…spectacular, while in TAS the best voice actor was without a doubt Christopher Daniel Barnes, while here everyone does a good job. Not gonna write anymore, and like I said, both shows are so far into the S-Tier that I’d understand why either would be someone’s all time favorite. Just as someone who’s seen both in their entirety, I’d say Spectacular is a lot more welcoming to fans new and old, and it’s plot is a lot more tightly-structured, with it’s animation doing a lot of justice to the fighting and swinging scenes.

This show is very good. The fighting is good and the characters are well written. The Enforcers were no push overs..and I laughed when Norman STILL wouldnt say sorry to Vulture. 10/10

I can think of several ways that a season 3 could have had in store for this series for one thing we could have seen Harry Osborne take up the goblin mantle and become the new Green Goblin or heck we could have even seen Roderick Kingsley become the Hobgoblin we could have also seen Cletus kasady become Carnage and Spider-Man teaming up with Venom to defeat him and we can't forget about Morris bench becoming the infamous Hydro man and lastly we could also see Hobie Brown become the prowler because we do see him as one of the Midtown High football players all of these are really great possibilities but sadly none of these possible plot points will ever come to fruition unless we get a third season of The Spectacular Spider-Man which will most likely never happen 6:48

@@pufferfancyfish I just realized all of the villains that we were supposed to see in season 3 make brief cameo's in the show the only one that doesn't have a physical seen Cameo is scorpion he's only mentioned in the series finale put aside from that in one episode we see the human counterparts of the villains that we were supposed to see in season 3

Dude the series started back in 2008 so the chances of us getting a third season aren't looking too good but I wish we did get a season 3 because there are still a handful of villains that we never got to see in the show such as Hydro man scorpion Carnage Hobgoblin and a bunch more granted we did see Hydro man hobgoblin and Carnage make an appearance in the series but they were only for brief moments we only saw Roderick Kingsley and we also saw Cletus kasady for a brief moment in The Raven Croft seen in season 2 when Kraven the Hunter breaks in to get Electro and Doc Ock out we also saw Morris bench for a brief moment I think in season 2 but I'm not too sure I don't remember if we ever saw Mac gargan in the show but I think they would introduce him as a new character in season 3
