I fondly remember Painter back in 1983, and also Jungle Fever which was one of the toughest games in the entire Spectrum back catalogue. However I did progress through a handful of levels and somehow found the motivation to keep trying. I think it was the graphics and animation that appealed to me, to keep me interested.

I have a version of Galaxy Warlords that actually works (left shift to fire). I can't recall where I found it, but its a compilation of 2 games in a single tzx file. The other one is Squirmy Wormy.
