I’m having trouble understanding what the “M” means on the remote, can you explain in Laymans terms?

It's nice and lightweight and easy to move and works great. That said, would've been a lot cooler to place that power cord connection in a different place. Right on the end like that (the end with the wheels, no less!), you can't stand it up (on that end) without smushing the cord! Bah! Minor quibble, though, all things considered. Great affordable walking pad. 👍
