IG might be one of the best items in the game for builds that are essentially “a support engine fueling one carry item”. Obviously it’s good in burn builds, but this run shows that it doesn’t need a burn build to reach *disgusting* heights. It helps that it’s one of the first legendary items you can possibly run into, so you have time to lean into it rather than hot swapping at the end of the run.

For God's sake man, grab the turbo cannonball and thank R.N.Gesus. Not only do you insta haste the greatsword and the potion, you also free up a slot! There's no way you'll ever need more than 31 seconds of haste.

Stream highlights are how most Bazaar-tubers (eugh i hated that) do it, but i DO prefer the non-streamed vids

Same. For starter, most stream highlights-type you tubers edit the video down to the point I have trouble following the build construction. If I only ever cared about watching the fights than maybe I would enjoy, but mostly I just loose interest. Even when you do show the full (like Rhapsody does), a non-streamed video is just a much more pleasant experience, without all the constant chat interruptions. Of course, I understand that chat interaction is part of the point of streaming and I don't begrudge it at all. But that does make the vod viewing experience a lot worse, so I do greatly appreciate let's players who still create videos for youtube directly.

I do not want to listen to someone idly chit-chat about pointless dronings while suffering through 60+ seconds of decision making. Keep seeing videos hours long, with only about 45 minutes of actual gameplay.

There's too long of a backlog that it makes us KZbin only watchers have to wait much longer to see current updates; though this can also happen if the KZbinr plays off-cam enough too to where that's still an issue regardless (like now, for example)

Correct, percentage based CDR does not affect the gain or loss of cool down from items like feather. I thought they did initially, even mathed it out to prove it, but that math was flawed...somehow. I tested it specifically later on and it made no difference.

Due to the commutative property, two percentages being mutliplied don't care which order they're being multiplied, but adding an integer value to the multiplication will drastically shift the calculations.

I swear in ranked I run into exact counters to my builds all the time. Oh shield here's a poisoner. Running burn nope shielder. Oh your using poison have a one shot build

Its a crime to not pick fishing rod first item imo. it provides so much value and opens up the possibility for a lot of crazy aquatic builds because you can get the same item twice or get started on an early upgrade. Yeah, aquatic spam got hit hard by nerfs. But seaweed is still an amazing item. Pearl can still go infinite with a little help. ray and jelly combined give tons of haste triggers which gives you a ton of skill options. even ambergris isnt a bad hit because you can just hold onto it to generate value as you search for aquatic synergies and even if you whiff hard every single day, its still 2 free gold at the start of every day. thats an extra 2 income, sometimes more if you get lucky with the vendor that buys your small items for +1 gold. it doesnt trigger ambergris, but selling the item triggers cove. fishing rod might be vanessa's best starter item imo. it sets you up for success from the rip and id say only 3 of the 12 possible rolls are just completely bad and unusable. 75% of getting a usable silver tier item is huge especially in the early game. if you ever hit something you want to use, you basically just earned 4 gold AND saved yourself a node to be used on getting more powerful. Fishing rod is insanely undervalued imo.
