I need to read Spider-Verse, Spider-Geddon, and End of Spider-Verse. I haven't forgotten about reading Ultimate Spider-Man since I have 16 Comic volumes already.

Currently re reading the omni, for the second time and still have great nostalgia. I found that reading all the alternate series like Spider-Man Noir, Manga Spider-Man, Spider-Man India really helped get to know the characters better. Love the world building and how ever is connected. My particular favourite is that really creepy horroristic Patton Parnel story in Edge 4 with the Evil Uncle. If I got to write Spider-Man I'd love to expand on the more horror routes. What's your favourite Spider character Maddogg? Still my favourite Spider-Man event and in my top 5 Marvel ones of all time..😁

The og spiderverse comic was (imo) mediocre, but considering it spawned the greatest spider-man movie, it retroactively makes it a lot better

I personally found the original spider verse to be a complete and utter trainwreck, and plus felt like a complete slap in the face for us spider girl mayday Parker fans who kept getting screwed over the years by marvel comics, and the fact we did get to see her one more time but then get thrown away for crap 💩 just broke my heart into a million pieces at least in my opinion.

Ahh, shame to hear you didn't enjoy it, I remember you saying you're a huge Mayday fan so I can see why. As well, maybe me reading it outside of the Slott run as its own thing impacted the experience, especially whilst reading all the other universe shattering events, this felt like a nice fun ride. It's something I debate a bit more in my next review for Secret Wars :) But thanks for at least being respectful even if we don't view the book the same, hope you're doing okay mate :)
