On what console do you play or did you pirate it, because im having the same problem, my jared is equally as fast and if i strafe to dodge the pipes and rocks the troll catches up and ive done probably 150 tries, i get maybe 2 or 3 seconds away from the ladder but never closer and its just impossible

@@abbektvclips3098 pc. But I did manage to fix. Because nowadays our pcs are pretty powerful we are well exceeding the fps limit. Lock ur fps to 30fps and try again it will work. U can do this thru rivatuner. You can unlock it again once u get past I suppose. There will be a few parts like that. I'm sure u know older games have issues where high fps breaks physics and this is exactly wt is happening. If it's console I have no idea bro

@@lordadz1615 had a hunch it would be something like that, couldnt change fps in game but tried resoloution in case that would work for some reason (it didnt), but i downloaded rivatuner and it worked, thx bro!

@@stephenbaugnies7036 you have to start a new game and catch a speed fairy before you enter the tunnels...thats the only way i made it 🤷🏼‍♂️

same problem for me and I don't really feel like replaying the whole game up until this point just to get a speed fairy. It's very sad because it doesn't seem like there is a solution for this problem other than replaying it all.
